Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BlueMagic Group Clinic partner platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Partner Account

To use the Platform, you must create a partner account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Partner Obligations

As a partner, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about referred patients
• Not make false or misleading claims about BlueMagic Group Clinic services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive marketing practices
• Respect patient privacy and confidentiality
• Not refer yourself or fictitious patients

4. Commissions

Commission rates are based on your all-time referral volume and are structured in tiers. Current rates range from $175 to $250 per successful referral. A referral is considered successful when the referred patient completes their procedure and payment is confirmed.

Commission tiers are based on lifetime sales count. Once you reach a higher tier, you stay at that tier permanently. BlueMagic Group Clinic reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' notice to active partners.

5. Payouts

Commission payouts are processed monthly via Wise (formerly TransferWise) by the 10th of each month for the previous month's confirmed referrals. You must provide valid Wise account details to receive payouts. There is no minimum payout threshold.

6. Intellectual Property

BlueMagic Group Clinic retains all rights to its brand, logo, content, and platform. Partners may use BlueMagic Group Clinic marketing materials only as provided through the Platform and in accordance with our brand guidelines.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership at any time. BlueMagic Group Clinic reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, earned but unpaid commissions for confirmed referrals will still be paid out.

8. Limitation of Liability

BlueMagic Group Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the commission amounts earned by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
