Partner Agreement

1. Partnership Overview

This Partner Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between BlueMagic Group Clinic ("Company") and you ("Partner") upon your registration on the BlueMagic Group Clinic partner platform. This Agreement governs the terms of the referral partnership.

2. Referral Program

As a Partner, you may refer potential patients to BlueMagic Group Clinic for hair transplant, dental surgery, and plastic surgery procedures. Each successful referral earns you a commission based on the tier structure below.

3. Commission Structure

Commissions are based on your all-time (lifetime) referral count:

Tier progression is permanent — once you reach a higher tier, you remain at that tier regardless of future referral pace. All referrals at your current tier earn the corresponding rate.

4. Referral Qualification

A referral is considered "successful" and eligible for commission when:

• The referred patient completes their scheduled procedure at BlueMagic Group Clinic
• Payment for the procedure is confirmed and received
• The referral was properly submitted through the partner platform
• The referral is not a duplicate or self-referral

5. Payment Terms

• Commissions are calculated monthly based on confirmed referrals
• Payouts are processed by the 10th of each month for the previous month
• Payments are made via Wise (TransferWise) to your registered account
• Partners are responsible for any applicable taxes on earned commissions
• There is no minimum referral requirement — you earn from your very first referral

6. Partner Responsibilities

As a Partner, you agree to:

• Represent BlueMagic Group Clinic accurately and professionally
• Not make medical claims or guarantees about treatment outcomes
• Comply with advertising regulations and disclosure requirements in your jurisdiction
• Disclose your affiliate/referral relationship when promoting BlueMagic Group Clinic
• Maintain the confidentiality of patient information
• Not engage in misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices

7. Prohibited Activities

Partners must not:

• Submit fraudulent or fictitious referrals
• Refer themselves or family members for commission purposes
• Use paid advertising that bids on BlueMagic Group Clinic brand terms without approval
• Create websites or content that impersonates BlueMagic Group Clinic
• Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Special Agreements

Partners with unique circumstances or high-volume potential may request a special commission agreement through the partner platform. Special agreements are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, supersede the standard tier structure for the agreed-upon terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice. BlueMagic Group Clinic reserves the right to immediately terminate partnerships that violate this Agreement. Upon termination:

• Earned commissions for confirmed referrals will still be paid
• Pending referrals that convert within 30 days will be honored
• Access to the partner platform will be revoked
• Partner must cease using BlueMagic Group Clinic marketing materials

10. Modifications

BlueMagic Group Clinic may modify this Agreement with 30 days' written notice to Partners via email or the partner platform. Continued use of the Platform after the modification period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
